Excellent place to go for New Tires and Auto Repairs...

Had an apt. @ 10AM for tire install (I brought my own) and NYS inspection. Let me tell you - all professional! Had me in and out in less than an hour. I spent the hour enjoying the hot coffee and cold water. Thanks Fishkill Tire! You've impressed me again!!! Gave em another chance today...maybe last time they were just havin a rough day, because I was really extremely pleased with my service. Once again I will be loyal here.... Went here recently for an oil change. Made an appointment so I could be in and out as I had to wait. Pulled in 15 minutes early. Sat and waited. And waited. And waited. An hour and fifteen minutes later my car hadnt moved a d I told the counter people I had to leave to get my kids. "Oh, I thought you were in already...Do you want to reschedule?" was the response I got. Uh, no. There are 100 places to get my oil changed locally... I get mistakes happen, but how about an apology? How about trying to make it better? I used to love this place...maybe they have outgrown customer service... I left and went to Wits Auto a different day...and had a great experience... Top notch service - They are fast and professional. They have had several opportunities to soak me for $, but have maintained integrity. Its not just a tire shop - They do a full range of mechanics. But for tire selection, they are awesome. They are very reasonable on the pocket and are willing to go above and beyond to protect the reputation they have worked so hard to earn. Ill be a loyal customer from here on out... Pros: very honest, reliable, prices are reasonable I love that they text me when my car is done!

Excellent service here and they make you feel like family what a great place! I had to get my battery replaced the other day , they had me in and out very quick.

It's the only place that I would ever go

Recently stop in, Manager procrastinating all the time, employees getting screamed at in front of everyone can hear from waiting room Very un-professional. Would not recommend. Felt very uneasy.

Got Car inspection, had an appointment. Got there at 8 and done by 8:30. Always go there for our oil change and tires for last 30 years. I think that says it all.

We are out of town travelers in the Fishkill area. We discovered glass in our tire and were in need of a tire repair on a Saturday morning. Our local hotel recommended Fishkill Tire. Needless to say, the shop was very busy on a Saturday near Christmas. They fixed our tire quickly and were very professional. Many thanks to the team at Fishkill Tire for getting us back on the road.
